Qualifikationen

• Teaching experience preferred (Minimum of 3 years experience in field of study).
• 3 years experience as a registered nurse.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, leadership, peers and community partners.
• Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills.
• Must provide professional licenses and certifications required for specializations and clinical compliance in the teaching state.
• Must adhere to faculty immunizations policy and provide proper documentation.

Aufgaben

• Deliver instruction in courses aligned with qualifications and areas of expertise, assigned by the school.
• Complete instructional activities, required contact hours, and delivery responsibilities according to policies and standards.
• Maintain weekly office hours to support student learning and address questions.
• Demonstrate consistent instructional presence per modality and policy.
• Support student learning outcomes through curriculum implementation and assessment activities.
• Assist NCLEX preparation across the program.
• Teach a full workload as a full-time faculty member.
• Participate in quarterly professional development activities and campus meetings.
