Job summary

Hondros College of Nursing is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Faculty (BSN Required) to teach and supervise nursing students at the Bingham Farms, MI campus. The role includes delivering courses, coordinating clinical experiences, and guiding students toward successful outcomes in alignment with accreditation standards.

The instructor will maintain regular office hours, participate in program evaluation, and support NCLEX preparedness across the curriculum while collaborating with fellow faculty

Qualifications

• Teaching experience in nursing education.
• 3+ years as a registered nurse.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to guide and assess student clinical performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in courses aligned with qualifications and expertise.
• Ensure all instructional activities and clinical experiences meet accreditation and policy requirements.
• Maintain weekly office hours to support student learning and address questions.
• Demonstrate consistent instructional presence across modalities and settings.
• Support student learning outcomes and NCLEX preparation throughout the program.
• Fulfill a full workload as a full-time faculty member.
• Participate in professional development and campus meetings as required.
