Job summary

Everleap Fertility is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Assistant for our Center City, PA clinic. The role runs 6:45am to 3:30pm and involves assisting physicians, documenting procedures and maintaining patient comfort throughout exams.

Ideal candidates have CMA certification, 6+ months in medical assisting and phlebotomy, and familiarity with EMR systems. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice.
• 6+ months experience in phlebotomy.
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physicians with clinical procedures.
• Document ultrasound measurements and provider comments.
• Chaperone ultrasounds and maintain rooms.
• Stock examination and procedure rooms.
• Specimen collection and processing for in‑house and outside laboratories.
• Manage Lanfax for outside labs, reports, results and email to provider team.
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance during procedures.

Everleap Fertility is looking for a Clinical Assistant for our clinic in Center City, PA. This is a full-time role working from 6:45am-3:30pm

The Clinical Assistant will promoteand restore patients’ health by assisting in the nursing process and supporting physicians and other multidisciplinary team members with hands‑on patient care. You will help to create a positive experience for our patients and ensure that patients receive high‑quality service by assisting clinical team with patient care.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

• Assist Physicians with clinical procedures
• Follow proper protocols for all procedures
• Accurately document ultrasound measurements, provider comments and use appropriate stim templates while chaperoning ultrasounds.
• Clean exam rooms and equipment per protocol.
• Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms.
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory.
• Specimen collection, processing for in‑house and outside laboratories.
• Manage Lanfax for outside labs, reports, results. Enter results and email to provider team for review.
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.

Academic Training:

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred
• Studies level: Certification
• Studies area: Nursing/healthcare assistant
• Studies area: Phlebotomy Program

Position Requirements/Experience:

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice
• 6+ months experience in phlebotomy

Technical Skills:

• knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel – required
