Everleap Fertility is seeking a Clinical Assistant for our Center City, PA clinic. This full-time role runs 6:45am-3:30pm and supports physicians and the clinical team with hands-on patient care.

You will assist in clinical procedures, document ultrasound results, manage supplies, and help ensure a positive patient experience by providing information before, during, and after procedures.

Qualificações

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice.
• 6+ months experience in phlebotomy.
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare – preferred
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings

Responsabilidades

• Assist Physicians with clinical procedures.
• Follow proper protocols for all procedures.
• Practice phlebotomy.
• Accurately document ultrasound measurements, provider comments and use appropriate stim templates while chaperoning ultrasounds.
• Clean exam rooms and equipment per protocol.
• Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms.
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory.
• Specimen collection, processing for in‑house and outside laboratories.
• Manage Lanfax for outside labs, reports, results. Enter results and email to provider team for review.
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.

Everleap Fertility is looking for a Clinical Assistant for our clinic in Center City, PA. This is a full-time role working from 6:45am-3:30pm

The Clinical Assistant will promote and restore patients’ health by assisting in the nursing process and supporting physicians and other multidisciplinary team members with hands‑on patient care. You will help to create a positive experience for our patients and ensure that patients receive high‑quality service by assisting clinical team with patient care.

Essential Functions And Accountabilities

• Assist Physicians with clinical procedures
• Follow proper protocols for all procedures
• Practice phlebotomy
• Accurately document ultrasound measurements, provider comments and use appropriate stim templates while chaperoning ultrasounds.

Academic Training

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred

Position Requirements / Experience

• knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel – required
