Responsibilities

• Support certified staff to meet instructional goals in the classroom.
• Assist in reinforcing reading, language arts, math, and computer skills.
• Work with students individually and in groups to reinforce learning.
• Assist in assessment administration and record-keeping of student progress.
• Support behavioral management to maintain a safe, orderly classroom.
• Supervise non-instructional areas such as lunch, bus duty, playground, and study halls.
• Accompany students on field trips for supervision.
