Job summary

Soccer Shots Boston is seeking an energetic Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire young players and foster a love of the game. This role blends coaching, safety, and fun, helping kids develop basic skills in a supportive environment.

Travel to multiple program locations around the Boston area is required. You will plan engaging sessions, communicate with parents, and contribute to a positive, energetic program that enriches children's confidence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in coaching or childcare settings.
• Strong soccer knowledge and background as a player or coach.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• High energy, enthusiastic and engaging with kids.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to program sites across Boston, MA.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass a background check.

• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork.

• Travel to various program locations throughout the Boston area.
• Assist with program setup, breakdown, and equipment management.
