Soccer Shots Boston is seeking an energetic Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation in the Boston, MA area. Join a fun, active team delivering engaging sessions for young players.

You will coach sessions, teach basic skills, and communicate with families while maintaining a safe, positive environment. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required, along with background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting.
• Strong soccer knowledge and background as a player or coach.
• Excellent communication, energy, and enthusiasm for youth development.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Positive, patient, and encouraging demeanor with children of all skill levels.

• Participate in staff training, development meetings, and curriculum planning.
