Soccer Shots Boston is seeking a lively Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to energize young players in the Boston area. Turn your love of soccer into a rewarding career by delivering engaging sessions and fostering a fun, safe environment for all children.

The role requires experience with kids, solid soccer background, clear communication, reliability, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. Background checks will be completed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in coaching, teaching, or childcare.
• Strong soccer knowledge and background as a player or coach.
• Excellent communication, energy, and enthusiasm for youth development.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress.
• Travel to local schools, parks, and recreation centers to lead scheduled programs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure all safety protocols are followed during sessions.
• Participate in staff training, development meetings, and curriculum planning.
