Job summary

Soccer Shots Boston is seeking an energetic Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire young players in the Boston area. You will deliver age-appropriate sessions, create a safe and inclusive environment, and help kids build confidence through basic soccer fundamentals.

Requirements include experience with young children, strong soccer knowledge, excellent communication, reliable transportation, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Strong soccer knowledge and background as a player or coach.
• Excellent communication, energy, and enthusiasm for youth development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, and teamwork
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress
• Travel to local schools, parks, and recreation centers to lead scheduled programs
• Maintain equipment and ensure all safety protocols are followed during sessions
• Participate in staff training, development meetings, and curriculum planning
