Sunset Villa Care Center is seeking a Full-time Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) for the 6AM–6PM day shift in Roswell, NM. You will oversee the nursing team, develop care plans, and provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring safety and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and maintaining thorough records while upholding policies and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in New Mexico.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse (RN/LPN).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
