Apploi is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN or LVN) to provide nursing care within scope of practice at Paloma Springs Healthcare in Truth or Consequences, NM. The RN is responsible for developing the plan of care, collaborating with physicians, therapists and nursing assistants, and supervising nursing staff to ensure safety and quality.

The position requires an active RN/LVN license, BLS/CPR certification, and a willingness to uphold state and local guidelines.

Qualificações

• Current LVN/LPN or RN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient’s conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

The Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse will be responsible for resident care and directing nursing staff. The RN is expected to develop the plan of care and collaborate with physicians, therapists and nursing assistants. The RN will also monitor assigned staff to ensure that all safety regulations are upheld. 1400 SILVER ST. TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, NM 87901

Charge Nurse (RN or LVN) will provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patient’s needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies as well as state, federal and local guidelines.

• Current LVN/LPN or RN license in practicing state.

• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
