CommuniCare Rehab in Martinsburg, WV, is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join Martinsburg Healthcare Center. You will work with residents to improve independence and quality of life under supervision of an OT, with in-house team support.

• Educates treatment staff and other team members involved in the plan, as well as family members.
• Documents rehabilitation activities in accordance with department and facility requirements.
