CommuniCare Rehab, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has a PRN opening for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Kingwood Healthcare Center in Kingwood, WV. This in-house therapy team member role aims to help residents improve daily living skills through targeted interventions.

• Valid State COTA license or pending license is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and collaboration with Occupational Therapist.
• Educate treatment staff and other team members involved in the plan; include family consultation and training.
• Document adherence to rehab department and facility requirements under supervision.
• Opportunity to treat residents at multiple locations to meet diverse needs.
