Job summary

Regent Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Wichita, KS is hiring Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) for full-time night shifts (6:00pm–6:00am) with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Starting pay is $17.00+ per hour, with annual pay increases based on performance.

Eligible for full benefits after 90 days, with guaranteed hours and a family-owned work environment. Responsibilities include providing routine nursing care per care plans, maintaining a warm atmosphere, and ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have current Kansas CNA license.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
• Courteous and friendly attitude with residents, visitors and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan and supervisor directions.
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned by nursing management.
• Create a warm, personal, positive atmosphere and a calm environment.
• Display courtesy toward residents, families and visitors at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors
• Performs other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment
• Always exercises courtesy whenever residents, family members and visitors are present

Job Qualifications

• Previous job experience preferred but not required
• Must have a current CNA license in the state of Kansas
• Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work on deadlines

• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
• Pre-employment drug screen is required
