MTM Transit, in partnership with RideSource, seeks Full Time CDL Drivers to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. Training classes start every other week; location at 240 Garfield Street, Eugene, OR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid U.S. driver's license for 5 years.
• Must possess an Oregon Class C CDL with passenger endorsement or obtain within 3 months.
• Pass background, FBI fingerprinting, DMV checks; pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• Ability to pass work authorization verification and provide 10+ years of history in resume.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to riders.
• Demonstrate defensive driving and customer service excellence.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility devices as required.
• Ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs and enforce safety protocols.
• Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and DVIs and document paperwork as needed.
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices for trip data and routing.
