Listens and responds knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions, guiding them through projects when necessary.
Demonstrates sincere appreciation to customers.
Communicates information regarding stock, special orders, feature benefits, applications, and warranties related to Lowe’s programs.
Contacts customers about delivery or coordinates with truck drivers to call customers.
