Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Location: 3511 South Tk Ave, Boise, ID. Position: Full-time.
Reports to: Operations Manager Bill Gloudeman.
FLSA: Non-Exempt.

Summary

Join our Boise ID Division and start your career with us by coordinating with dispatch to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Get Forklift certified and trained on specialty warehouse equipment. Enjoy a consistent schedule M-F 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with overtime opportunities. Your safety is our priority, and this role complies with Idaho and DOT regulations.

Primary Duties

• Plan daily delivery routes.
• Review orders, pick and load stock onto trucks.
• Visit customer locations, unload stock, and organize it properly.
• Assist with order changes, backorders, and new products by communicating with sales reps.
• This is a Safety Sensitive position following all state protocols.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Secondary Duties

• Assist warehouse team with receiving and other tasks.
• Operate forklift, cherry picker, and electric pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required, 23+ years old, with qualifying background checks.
• Clean driving record and valid medical card required.
• Experience driving trucks or tractor trailers preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Adaptability to route or schedule changes, ability to read GPS or maps.
• Customer service skills and good public relations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Warehouse knowledge preferred.
• Meet driving record requirements.
• Ability to move stock using hand trucks or pallet jacks.

Working Conditions

• Work environment includes warehouse, customer locations, and truck cabs, subject to weather and traffic conditions. Overtime and weekends may be required.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds with team assistance occasionally.
