Industrial CDL Route Delivery Driver -- Production Technician

We are seeking an individual to fill our Industrial CDL Route Delivery Driver/Production Technician position. Responsibilities include:

1. Loading and unloading cylinders and freight from trucks
2. Filling cylinders with compressed and liquefied gases safely, following all procedures and regulations
3. Maintaining inventories of full cylinders to meet customer needs
4. Delivering and exchanging full cylinders and liquid vessels for empty ones
5. Other tasks as needed, such as:

• Determining weights of cylinders and freight
• Filling industrial, medical, and food-grade liquefied gases into cylinders
• Filling cryogenic refrigerated liquids into containers and vessels
• Following procedures and keeping accurate records
• Completing truck manifests and gas invoices
• Delivering freight and gas cylinders to customers
• Taking basic orders from customers
• Adhering to safety rules and company policies

Qualifications include:

• Class B license with Hazardous Material endorsement and an excellent driving record
• Preferred: 1 year of city delivery experience
• No at-fault accidents or DOT violations in the past 3 years
• Basic understanding of welding machines and tools
• Ability to drive and back tractor-trailer combinations
• Manual dexterity and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally
• Knowledge of hazardous material hauling
• Good organizational skills and flexibility to perform other duties
