The Caring Place at Miami Rescue Mission is seeking a Full-Time Cashier for the Thrift Store in Miami, FL. The Cashier will ring up sales, balance tills, and help maintain a friendly, efficient checkout area.

Education: high school diploma or GED; experience as a cashier preferred; English communication required, bilingual in English and Spanish desirable. Must be able to work in a busy environment and on holidays.

• Must be familiar with operating a cash register and handling payments.
• Effective communication in English; bilingual in English/Spanish desirable.

• Greets customers courteously and treats visitors with fairness.
• Counts money and balances the drawer at the end of the day.
• Maintains a neat cashier area and adheres to store policies.
