Job summary

PENN Entertainment's Columbus location is seeking a food and beverage team member to deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced casino dining setting. You will take orders, process payments, and ensure orders are delivered promptly while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Six months of experience in food or customer service with cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food/beverage orders and process payments.

• Monitor and replenish food products, stock counters and displays.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards; ensure proper storage of items.
