Job summary

Wahlburgers Columbus is hiring to deliver high-energy guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will take orders, process payments, and ensure orders are prepared correctly while maintaining a clean dining area.

Applicants should have 21+ years old, a high school diploma (or GED), and strong English communication. Training focuses on service standards, safety, and teamwork to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in food or customer service preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Read, write legibly, understand and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Take food/beverage orders and process payments.
• Monitor and replenish food products to keep displays fresh.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and sanitized workstation throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest questions and resolve issues to ensure positive experiences.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards and gaming regulations.
