Job summary

Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a full-time Associate/Cashier to process customers and support daily store operations. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate cash handling and basic cleaning and stocking duties across interior and exterior areas.

The position requires open weekend/holiday availability, a minimum age of 18, and the ability to stand for extended periods while assisting customers and promoting sales growth.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Ability to stay standing and walking for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

Greets customers and assists them in a friendly and helpful manner.
Operates cash register, promotes sales and ensures cash control within company guidelines.
Cleans, stocks and maintains internal property including checkout area and equipment.
Cleans and maintains external property including sidewalks, drives, pump islands and displays.
Participates in team efforts to achieve store goals.
Performs duties in a safe manner and follows safety policies.
Follow AG uniform and grooming standards and policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
