Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking an Associate / Cashier to handle customer transactions and support store operations. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate cash handling, and maintaining a clean sales area.

Open availability for weekends/holidays and shifts is preferred. Must be 18+ with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; full-time, hourly position with non-exempt status.

• Greet customers and assist them in a friendly manner.
• Operate cash register and manage cash accurately.
• Contribute to sales and inventory control.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in a friendly and helpful manner; respond to inquiries within guidelines.
• Operate cash register, promote sales and maintain cash control per guidelines.
• Clean, stock and maintain check-out area, equipment, displays, floors and restrooms.
• Clean, stock and maintain exterior areas including pumps, sidewalks and equipment.
• Work as part of a team to reach store goals and support sales growth.
• Perform duties safely and follow company safety policies; be flexible for other duties as assigned.
