Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver to provide personalized, one-on-one support to a senior client in the Weatherford area. The caregiver will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain comfort, safety, and independence at home.

Pay ranges from $15.50 to $17.00 per hour based on experience and CNA certification, with an additional $1.50 per hour for eligible weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional senior caregiving experience.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Dementia care experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a home with small dogs.
• Dependable, professional, and attentive to client needs.
• Able to communicate reliably by phone, text, or email regarding scheduling and updates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding as needed.
• Support personal hygiene and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and encourage social interaction.
• Provide medication reminders per Plan of Care.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Encourage independence while respecting comfort and dignity.
• Observe and report changes in client condition or needs.
• Follow Plan of Care and company procedures.
• Communicate care updates to office team.
• Assist family members with caregiving guidance when requested.

Comfort Keepers is seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver to provide personalized, one-on-one support to a senior client in the Weatherford area.

The caregiver will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help the client maintain comfort, safety, and independence at home. Care will be provided according to the client's individual needs and established Plan of Care.

Pay and Benefits

• $15.50–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and CNA certification.
• Additional $1.50 per hour for eligible weekend shifts.
