Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals, and social interaction.

The role may require evenings and weekends. You will document shift reports and resident records and communicate urgent needs to the Health Care Director to ensure compassionate care in a home-like environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily resident care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals, and social interactions.
• Monitoring residents' comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicating urgent needs and concerns clearly to the Health Care Director.
