Job summary

Silverado Franklin, a memory care innovator, is hiring Caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory impairments. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

You’ll provide compassionate care, build relationships with residents and families, and report changes to the nursing team while working full-time on the NOC shift with a competitive pay range of $18-$20 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory impairments preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communication in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)

Anticipated pay range

$18 - $20 USD
