Job summary

Silverado Franklin, a memory care innovator, is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

Schedule: Full-time, AM shift, Sunday - Tuesday. Anticipated pay range $18 - $20 USD. Benefits include 401(k) matching, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, FSA, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:
