Job summary

Silverado is hiring Caregivers in Las Vegas, NV to support residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia in a memory care setting. You will provide daily living assistance, foster meaningful relationships, and help create a respectful, engaging environment for residents.

Schedule: Full Time, NOC shift, Tue–Sat, with paid training and opportunities for growth. Competitive pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour plus benefits, reflecting industry standards in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Anticipated pay range

$17 - $20 USD
