Job summary

Touchmark on West Prospect – Appleton, WI is seeking a Full Time NOC Caregiver for the overnight shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.), 32–40 hours per week. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $20.69 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour NOC differential and weekend/PM differentials.

You will provide compassionate overnight care, helping residents with ADLs and ensuring safety and comfort, while joining a dedicated team that values hospitality and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• A genuine interest in working with older adults in a supportive, respectful environment.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Patience, compassion, and dependability.

Responsibilities

Location: Touchmark on West Prospect – Appleton, WI
Schedule: Night Shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) 32-40 hours per week
Pay: $17.50 – $20.69 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Plus: An additional $1.00 per hour for every NOC shift worked, along with PM & Weekend shift differentials

About the Role:

As a NOC Shift Caregiver, you’ll provide exceptional care and support to residents overnight, assisting with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as mobility, hygiene, grooming, toileting, and more. While residents rest, you’ll ensure their comfort, safety, and wellbeing — and be there with compassion and reassurance if they need help during the night.

You’ll join a dedicated, passionate TEAM that works together to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where residents feel at home.
