Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a Full-Time Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate, quality care in a busy senior living setting.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, transportation, and safety while upholding MBK’s values of respect, dignity, and service. Relevant caregiving experience and good communication skills are essential; certifications may be required by state.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help with meals, transportation, and mobility support.
• Monitor residents and report changes in health or behavior.
• Maintain safety and privacy, follow ISP and company policies.
• Support residents in social activities and wellness programs.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks as required.
