Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Lancaster, PA to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, helping clients live independently while joining a mission-driven team.

Starting pay ranges from $17–$25 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments. Paid onboarding, weekly pay, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass background checks and healthcare registry
• Willing to assist with personal care and lifting as needed

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support clients in achieving goals
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and home tasks
• Support clients in community activities, employment, and social events
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
