Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Williamsport, PA and surrounding areas. The role offers $18-$25 per hour plus a $1,000 signing bonus, flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, while helping clients live independently.
