Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid NYS Driver's License required.
• Experience in caregiving (HHA, CNA, PCA) is a plus—but not required (paid training provided).
• Ability to assist with hands-on care, including lifting.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily needs such as meals, mobility, and personal care while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
• Support fun activities, games, and community outings.
• Encourage independence and help individuals build confidence and life skills.
• Safely transport individuals using agency vehicles (including wheelchair lifts and tie-downs).
• Maintain simple, accurate documentation (daily notes, attendance, logs).
• Work as part of a team to create a positive, engaging environment.
