Job summary

Silverado Southlake is seeking friendly, compassionate Caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s and related memory impairments. This full-time role requires empathy, reliability, and teamwork to create meaningful moments daily.

You will assist with activities of daily living, build relationships with residents and families, and maintain accurate care records. Paid training and growth opportunities are available, with strong internal mobility within Silverado.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory-related conditions preferred
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)

Schedule: Full Time (Double), every Saturday and Sunday, 6:00am-10:00pm

Anticipated pay range

$16 - $17 USD
