Job summary

Silverado Sierra Visita is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. You’ll build relationships and work with a caring team to deliver dignified, joyful care in a memory care setting.

You lead with heart and integrity, are reliable, eager to learn, and thrive in a team-focused environment. Expect full-time AM shift, 6:00 AM start, with 4 days on / 2 days off schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or educated equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory impairments preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around animals.

Anticipated pay range

$18 - $19 USD
