Job summary

Community Resource Network of Florida, LLC. is seeking a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping an adult female with I/DD achieve her highest level of independence in a family-home setting.

The position is full-time and offered on an independent contractor basis, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, typically 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• One year caregiving experience or related training.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and support the individual during home activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks.
• Ensure safety and maintain a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying to social events.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.

Community Resource Network of Florida is looking for a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, dependable and is committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life.

Adult Female who lives in family home in need of full-time caregiver to assist with ADL's, feeding, bathing, brushing her teeth, and personal care and constant monitoring for health and safety. She requires total assistance.

By applying for this position, you acknowledge and understand that this role is offered on an independent contractor basis, and not as an employee of the company. The role pays up to $17.00 hourly.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8 hours each day, somewhat flexible on time 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. somewhat flexible on start and end times. The parent works from home and has some schedule flexibility.
