Job summary

Tallahassee State College (TSC) invites applications for a full-time Career Development Specialist at Taylor Correctional Institution (Region II) in Perry, FL. The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree (or equivalent) and two years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of professional experience in workforce development, social services or corrections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Bonus points if you have an Associate’s Degree and one year of experience in social services or corrections.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret assessments.
• Deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program curriculum.
• Deliver other programs as assigned by the Department.
