Chartwells Higher Ed in Gainesville, FL is seeking a FULL TIME SOUS CHEF (HOURLY) to support the Executive Chef, prep and cook foods, and supervise kitchen staff.

Pay is $18.00 to $25.00 per hour with AM/PM shifts and weekend coverage. Location is UF; applications are accepted online and ongoing.

Qualifications

• Chef experience required.
• Ability to supervise hourly food service associates.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; communicates shortages to supervisor.
