Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for a FULL TIME SOUS CHEF (HOURLY) at UF Admin-Racquet Club Dining Center, 114 Gainesville, FL 32611. Qualifications

• Chef experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Maintains proper food handling, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Monitors inventory and coordinates deliveries; informs supervisor when stock is low.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
