Job summary

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is seeking a dependable 1st Shift Custodian to join our Facilities Management - Custodial Operations team on the Green Bay campus. The role involves cleaning offices, classrooms, restrooms, maintaining floors, and supporting waste, supply management, and occasional moves, with travel between campus locations as needed.

Hours are 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent at time of application.
• Possession of or eligibility to obtain a valid driver's license upon appointment.
• Basic computer skills including the ability to use e-mail and internet.

Responsibilities

• Documents and reports repairs, violations, and pest control needs.
• Cleans assigned facility areas and removes waste and recyclables.
• Maintains walkways free of debris, litter, snow, and ice.
• Maintains supply areas and equipment, documents inventory, and requests supplies.
• Monitors and secures facility entrances and reports issues.
