OneTouch Direct in Tampa, FL is seeking a Call Center Sales and Customer Support Agent to support T-Mobile customers. You will take inbound and make outbound calls and chats to promote products and services, while delivering excellent service to drive sales growth.

You will meet sales goals through effective questioning, active listening, and upselling, with paid overtime opportunities and uncapped bonuses. A high school diploma is required and full-time hours are 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and make outbound calls, and chat inquiries to potential and existing customers promoting products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to boost sales.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.
