You will handle inbound and outbound calls and chats, understand customer needs, promote products, and keep detailed sales records while striving to hit individual and team goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking during calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and make outbound calls, and chat inquires to potential and existing customers promoting products and services.
