Qualifications

• Previous hotel, restaurant, or breakfast-service experience.
• Rational oven experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation and food-safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items using a Rational commercial oven.
• Operate the Rational oven safely and according to hotel procedures.
• Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet.
• Ensure food is properly cooked and maintained at safe temperatures.
• Provide friendly and welcoming service to hotel guests.
• Keep the kitchen and breakfast area clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Wash dishes and clean cooking equipment and work areas.
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor food supplies and minimize waste.
• Complete daily opening and closing duties.
