Job summary

LEGO Brand Retail in Arcadia is seeking a full-time Team Leader to inspire and guide the store team at Santa Anita. You will support staffing, train Sales Associates, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining stock, pricing, and visual standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, cash handling accuracy, and effective use of POS systems, with a focus on delivering engaging brand experiences and profitable sales.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and managing staff.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing experience.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and store operations.
• Merchandising knowledge and visual presentation skills.
• Capacity to perform physical duties and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, handling issues per LEGO policies.
• Process store and office supply orders within guidelines and budget.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and merchandise on the shop floor.
• Assist in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation.
• Provide training to enhance the team's customer service, product knowledge, and sales.
