You will work variable shifts; a valid Illinois driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug screen are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license required.
• Pass drug screen.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in related fields.
• Intro to mental health training within six months of hire.
• Ability to maintain safe driving practices and document patient supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patients during transport.
• Provide de-escalation techniques when needed.
• Escort patient and belongings to/from vehicle at origin/destination.
• Ensure accuracy of company and patient paperwork.
• Maintain vehicle equipment and inventory as required.
• Adhere to state driving regulations and company policies.
• Promote a positive company image.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
