Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in Joppa, MD is seeking a Driver/Client Transporter to support our Harford County inpatient program. This full-time role involves driving clients to and from treatment and related services, using company vehicles only, with shifts 8 AM–4 PM Tue–Sat or 10 AM–6 PM Tue–Sat.

You will ensure safety and professionalism, coordinate with the Transportation Team, and help deliver reliable, compassionate service to individuals in behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from behavioral healthcare services.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, self, and co-workers.
• Communicate positively and professionally with team members, co-workers, and patients.
• Take initiative to deliver exceptional customer service, even during stressful situations.
• Knowledgeable of all aspects and functionalities of the client transportation system.
• Provide appropriate safety oversight and monitoring for all clients while in transport.

Education
