Job summary

LearnWell in Dayton, OH is seeking a passionate teacher to join our team in a behavioral health facility serving 5-18 year olds. This full-time role includes delivering daily lesson plans, providing individualized support, and communicating student progress while adjusting strategies to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Must have a B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
• Ohio teaching license is required; substitute licenses will not be considered.
• Comfortable working with K-12 students and maintaining organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily lesson plans.
• Provide individualized assistance to students.
• Regularly communicate student progress as needed.
• Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to promote success and maintain attendance/session reports.
