Job summary

Phil Smith Automotive Group in Southern Pines, NC is looking for a full-time Business Development Representative to join our Internet Sales Department. You will make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and schedule appointments to support the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments following dealership specific guidelines.
• Receive inbound calls for two dealerships, schedule appointments or route calls to the proper department.
• Reaching out to customers using provided lists to generate sales appointments.
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance for their sales needs.
• Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Work in close partnership with sales professionals to provide detailed information on customer requirements
• Meet specified monthly targets and goals
• Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
