Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA for a high‑priority in‑person case located in Iselin, NJ. The role requires lead clinical oversight across school, daycare, home, and community settings with 40 hours per week of ABA therapy.

The BCBA will conduct in‑person assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families and school staff. January 2026 transition and initial assessment are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Must live within commutable distance to Iselin, NJ.
• Eligible for Out‑of‑Network billing with BCBS.
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong background in school or full‑day structured settings.
• Ability to work consistently in‑person Monday–Friday.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Strong professionalism, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person assessments, FBAs, and intake evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for school, home, and community settings.
• Provide consistent in‑person supervision of sessions across environments.
• Monitor client progress, review data, and update programs as needed.
• Train and support behavior technicians and caregivers.
• Collaborate with school teams, daycare staff, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintain strong documentation and clinical compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and transition preparation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Director.
