Job summary

Autumn ABA in Iselin, NJ is seeking an experienced BCBA for a high-priority, in-person case requiring 40 hours of therapy per week across school, daycare, home, and community settings.

The BCBA will conduct in-person assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers and school staff. The client transitions to our agency in January 2026, with initial assessments starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• Must live within commutable distance to Iselin, NJ.
• Must be eligible for Out-of-Network billing with BCBS.
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong background in school or full-day structured settings.
• Experience with behavior intervention, data analysis, and treatment planning.
• Ability to work consistently in-person Monday–Friday.

High‑Priority Full‑Time School/Community Case – 40 Hours Weekly

Autumn ABA is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and reliable BCBA for a high‑priority in‑person case located in Iselin, NJ. This role is fully in‑person across multiple natural environments and requires a BCBA who can provide consistent support and leadership for a full‑time client receiving 40 hours per week of ABA therapy.

This case includes services in:

• School setting (primary location)

• Daycare

• Home

• Community‑based programs

• After‑school programs

• Summer camp programs

The client will be transitioning to our agency in January 2026, and the BCBA must be available to conduct the initial assessment in‑person immediately and begin building and guiding the treatment team.

Job Summary

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting in‑person assessments, developing and overseeing the treatment plan, providing ongoing supervision and performance management for behavior technicians, collaborating with school/daycare staff, supporting caregivers, and ensuring high‑quality clinical implementation across all environments.
